Different types of training programmes such as Rice Cultivation Training, Wheat Cultivation Training, Training on Stitching and Tailoring etc are designed using various inputs and keeping in mind the requirements of a particular area, a training is designed for them. This is done by going to the villages and forming groups as large as 25 people and getting various inputs from them. A module for them is prepared keeping in mind the area and the availability of inputs. The participants are taught to use the available inputs in the most efficient way.
This program has been successfully implemented in various districts of UP, Bihar, Haryana, Tamil Naidu etc. Various pilot programs of different courses have had a positive response. Some districts have had second and third season of training program with more than 1000 people skillfully trained acquiring different kind of skillset.
