Anantha Nageswaran
Dr. V. Anantha-Nageswaran is a Managing Director with Bank Julius Baer (Singapore) Ltd. and is the head of Investment Research for Asia-Pacific and Middle East. Bank Julius Baer is a Swiss financial institution and manages both institutional money and offers private banking services to high networth individuals globally. Other than Drishtee, he has been an angel investor for many technologies in India that have sought to bridge the digital divide on a commercially viable basis such as the Simputer (www.picopeta.com), n-Logue, etc.
He has been writing regularly for financial newspapers in India since 1996. Since February 2007, he has been writing every week on Tuesdays for MINT, a new financial daily published by India’s Hindustan Times and Wall Street Journal. He got his Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad in 1985 and his doctoral degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1994 for his thesis on the empirical behaviour of exchange rates.
T.N. Tiwari
With a degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, he joined ACC (then The Associated Cement Companies Ltd.) as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and rapidly rose to head several large Cement Plants. He later became Director Operations. However, he later established himself as a great Human Resources Person and became head of HR and later Head of Procurement and Head of Corporate Affairs. In a career spanning almost 40 years in ACC, he is well regarded in the industry, TN Tiwari shares with the team in Drishtee a passion of Rural Development and uplift of the Poor. He has invested his own funds to set up a Rural primary school in Phulpur block of Allahabad district in Eastern UP and now along with his wife spends half his time there and the rest devoted to ACC.
Dr. Martin Kasper
Dr. Martin Kasperhas more than 20 years of senior management roles in industry as Managing Director of HAKO-Werke and also of Linde fork lift trucks, both global leaders in the investment goods industries and also as Managing partner of Accenture for manufacturing industries, a global leader in the service industry. He is 1958 born, married with three children and based out of Frankfurt, Germany. He has done his studies in Mainz, Koblenz, Karlsruhe (all Germany) and in Berkeley, Stanford (US). Dr. Martin comes with a bright academic record of being a Master of Engineering, Master of Business and Ph D in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.
Since 2006 Dr. Martin Kasper operates as a social entrepreneur, founder of Childaid Network, a charity that focuses on giving access to education to deprived children and young people around the world and a member of the board of the Accenture foundation. He is now bringing inhis rich professional and personal experience and supporting and guiding Drishtee as an esteemed adviser.
Ashutosh Kumar
Ashutosh is an INSEAD alumnus (financial times scholar) having 20+ years of global business experience with market leading companies (SAP, Siemens, Schindler and TATA) and based out of Germany, Switzerland and India.
Since 2002 he is working with SAP at their head office in Germany. In his current global role as chief business consultant he heads the Mobile/ UX Strategy Services for EMEA region and helps develop SAP‘s best practices on new technologies on a Global basis.
His core expertise includes bringing new technology/services to market, developing new markets, digital transformation and internationalization. He also has a patent in Go-to-market strategy and has filed another on platform leadership.
He is co-founder & President of emerging market club at INSEAD Alumni association (Germany), entrepreneur in residence at INSEAD (France) and advisor / investor to two start-ups dedicated to social impact in India. He was also founding president of TiE Germany.
He has been speaker/panelists at many events hosted by SAP as well as external events i.e. Indo-German ICT conference and Indian mission hosted events in Germany i.e. India Days. His teaching assignments are at some of the best / unique institutions namely INSEAD, KIT & DHBW.
Snehanand (Ravi) Sinha
A graduate in Economics and a PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur – 1977 batch, Snehanand also known as Ravi by friends and associates, specialised in Marketing and Human Resources during his MBA program. The first phase of Ravi’s career path lasted over 33 years in the corporate world with stints across the functional areas of Sales, Marketing, General Management, Corporate Affairs, and CXO roles in Consulting across several industry verticals and domains in India and overseas. His last assignment was as a Director with Mercer Consulting.
In the second and current phase of his career, Ravi has been associated from early 2011 with academia and social business enterprises in a Visiting Professor / Advisory roles handing subjects around Sustainability, CSR, and Social Business and Enterprises. He is a Visiting Professor at IIMs and has recently taken over as the first Chairperson of the Center for Social Innovation at BIMTech, Greater Noida. Ravi is associated with Drishtee and Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital, Bihar in an Advisory capacity as well calls himself a friend of two other high impact social enterprises Jaipur Rugs, Jaipur & Goonj, Delhi.
